Pork Balls And Kraut - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cooked pork, ground
    1/2 c. rice (uncooked)
    1 qt. sauerkraut
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Mix pork, rice, salt and pepper; form into small balls. Spread half of sauerkraut in bottom of a casserole. Place meatballs on this. Top with the rest of the kraut. Bake at 350\u00b0, covered, for 1 hour. Serves 4.
