German Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 to 10 large potatoes, cooked and cut into cubes
    2 sticks celery, cut in pieces
    1 small onion, diced
    salt to taste
    1/2 lb. bacon, cut into small pieces, fried and drained
    1/2 c. water
    1/2 c. vinegar
    1 tsp. mustard
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/2 c. sugar
Preparation
    Into bacon drippings in pan make sauce from the water, vinegar, mustard, cornstarch and sugar.
    Cook sauce together with celery and onion and pour over potatoes.
    Serve warm.
