Big Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookies - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. butter
1 1/2 c. brown sugar (packed)
2 eggs, beaten
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
2 3/4 c. rolled oats
2 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
12 oz. real semi-sweet chocolate chips
2 c. walnuts or pecans, chopped
Preparation

Beat together butter and brown sugar.
Add eggs and vanilla. Then add and mix thoroughly the flour, oats, soda and salt.
Stir in chocolate chips and pecans.
Bake cookies (2 to 3 tablespoon size) in a 350\u00b0 oven for 15 minutes or until edges brown.
Cool on racks completely.
Yields 2 1/2 to 3 dozen cookies.
