Cheese Ball - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 oz. Cheddar cheese spread
    3 small pkg. cream cheese
    onion powder to taste
    5 oz. Roka Blue cheese
    garlic powder to taste
    chopped nuts
Preparation
    Allow cheeses to soften.
    Mix together Cheddar, Roka, and cream cheeses.
    Add onion and garlic powders to taste (be generous). Cover and refrigerate overnight.
    Make one large ball or several small balls of cheese mixture.
    Roll in chopped nuts.
    Serve with flavored crackers.
    This recipe will freeze.
