2 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. ginger
1 tsp. soda
2/3 c. sugar
1/3 c. molasses
1 egg
1/2 c. oleo
1 c. chips
Preparation

Mix together flour, ginger and soda.
Set aside.
Blend together sugar, molasses, egg and oleo.
Add dry ingredients and mix.
Stir in chips (semi-sweet, peanut butter or butterscotch) and nuts.
Shape into balls and roll in sugar.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 12 to 14 minutes.
