Rhubarb Crumble - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 c. water
    1 c. flour
    1 c. brown sugar
    1 c. white sugar
    3/4 c. oats
    1 c. margarine
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. salt
    4 c. diced rhubarb
Preparation
    Cook first three ingredients until thick and clear. Add few drops of red food coloring. Mix other ingredients, except rhubarb until crumbly.
    Press half of mixture into a greased baking dish. Add 4 cups of diced rhubarb, then glazed mixture, then rest of crumbly mixture. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
