Potato Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. bag frozen hash brown potatoes (Southern style)
2 sticks margarine
1 pt. sour cream
1/2 c. onion
1 can cream of celery soup
2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
4 c. corn flakes
salt and pepper
Preparation
-
Mix 1 stick of margarine with potatoes.
Add sour cream, onion, celery soup (as is), cheese, salt and pepper.
Pour into 13 x 9-inch baking dish.
