Tomato Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 lb. melted butter
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
5 eggs
2 1/2 c. flour
2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
3/4 c. tomato juice
1/2 c. raisins without seeds
2 spoons flour
Preparation

Mix butter and sugar until creamy, add vanilla.
Add one egg at a time.
Add flour, baking powder and salt.
Add in tomato juice.
Add flour to raisins so they won't stick to the cake.
Mix in circular movement.
Pour mixture in 9 x 4-inch pan in 350\u00b0 oven.
Bake for 50 minutes.
Let it cool for 10 minutes before taking it out and serving.
