Pumpkin Bars(Sugar-Free) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. apple juice concentrate
1/4 c. granulated fructose
1/2 c. mashed banana
1 egg
1/2 c. pumpkin
2 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. ginger
1 tsp. allspice
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Combine butter, fruit juice, fructose and banana.
Beat egg, pumpkin and vanilla.
Combine dry ingredients and stir into pumpkin mixture.
Add raisins and nuts.
Spread in 9 x 13-inch pan, well coated.
Bake 20 to 25 minutes at 325\u00b0.
