Fish Chowder - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. fish fillets, cut in 2-inch pieces
    2 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. oil
    3 onions, diced
    2 c. sliced celery
    1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
    3 c. water
    2 chicken bouillon cubes
    2 c. dry white wine
    2 tsp. dill weed
    1 tsp. garlic powder or fresh garlic
    3 bay leaves
    2 tsp. basil
    2 tsp. oregano
    1 Tbsp. paprika
    1 (28 oz.) can whole tomatoes or 5 whole, fresh tomatoes
Preparation
    Heat oil and butter in large kettle.
    Add onions and celery and cook until soft.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Add fish; cover and simmer 1 hour.
