3 medium baking potatoes (about 1 1/2 lb.)
3/4 c. mayonnaise, divided
1 Tbsp. garlic powder (not garlic salt)
1/2 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard or prepared mustard
2 Tbsp. honey
Preparation

Cut potatoes lengthwise into four wedges.
Combine 1/4 cup mayonnaise, garlic powder and salt; toss with potatoes, coating evenly.
(Ziploc bag works great and less mess.) Bake potatoes on greased baking sheet at 450\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
Turn potatoes and bake an additional 15 minutes or until browned and crisp.
Combine remaining 1/2 cup mayonnaise, mustard and honey; stir well.
Serve as dipping sauce for hot potatoes.
This sauce is also good served with fried mushrooms.
