Chiffon Cake - cooking recipe

2 Bowls
1 c. Egg Whites
2 c. Flour
1 1/2 c. Sugar
3 tsp. Baking Powder
1 tsp. Vanilla
1/2 tsp. Salt
3/4 c. Water
1/2 c. Crisco Oil
1/2 tsp. Cream Tartar
Preparation

In 1 bowl sift flour, sugar, baking powders and salt together. Make well in dry ingredients and add egg yolks (what is left from whites), oil, water and vanilla. Mix well.
