Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 unbaked pie crust
    1 c. diced ham or bacon
    1 onion, chopped
    1/2 c. bell pepper, chopped
    4 eggs, well beaten
    1 c. heavy cream
    1/2 c. milk
    dash of salt and pepper
    pinch of nutmeg
    2/3 c. Swiss cheese
Preparation
    Brown ham or bacon with peppers, onion and mushrooms.
    Put in pie shell.
    Mix remaining ingredients.
    Pour into pie shell over meat mixture.
    Bake 25 to 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
