Individual Cheesecakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs

Preparation

Mix 5 minutes at medium speed with mixer. Fill a cupcake tin with cupcake papers. Put a vanilla wafer cookie in the bottom of cupcake paper. Fill each cupcake paper 3/4 full.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
