Chocolate Pound Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. butter, softened
1/2 c. shortening
3 c. sugar
5 eggs
1/2 c. cocoa
3 c. all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. vanilla extract
1 c. milk
Preparation

Cream butter, shortening and sugar in mixing bowl.
Add eggs, mixing well after each addition.
Beat until fluffy.
Combine cocoa, flour, baking powder and salt.
Add vanilla to milk. Add milk mixture alternately with flour mixture to butter mixture. Pour batter into greased and floured 10-inch tube pan. Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour and 25 minutes.
