Baked Fish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. fish fillet
    2 Tbsp. flour
    10 Tbsp. butter
    2 c. chopped mushrooms, sauteed
    5 potatoes, sliced 1/4 inch
    2 sliced hard-boiled eggs
    1/4 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Season fish; coat with flour and saute in 4 tablespoons butter 8 to 10 minutes.
    Saute mushrooms.
    Brown sliced potatoes in 4 tablespoons butter.
    Place in a glass baking dish.
    Layer fish, then egg slices, mushrooms and potatoes on top.
