Desserts - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1/2 pt. milk
    2 unbaked pie crusts
    4 c. mashed, cooked sweet potatoes
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. ginger
    1 can evaporated milk
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 425\u00b0.
    Make pie crust or unthaw 2 pie crusts. Beat eggs slightly, then add remaining ingredients.
    Pour into pastry lined pie pan.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 15 minutes, then reduce heat to 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
