Cheese Carrot Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. carrots
    3/4 stick butter
    buttered Ritz cracker crumbs
    8 slices Velveeta cheese
Preparation
    Scrape and slice carrots.
    Cook until tender.
    Drain well; melt cheese and butter together with carrots. Put all together in a buttered baking dish.
    Sprinkle with buttered Ritz cracker crumbs on top.
    Bake in 375\u00b0 oven until bubbly.
