Yellow Gold Carrots - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. carrots, peeled and sliced
3 small green onions
1 small green pepper
1 can tomato soup
1/2 c. salad oil
1 tsp. salt
3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 c. white vinegar
dash of pepper
Preparation
-
Cook carrots until tender but not soft.
Combine with remaining chopped ingredients and marinate at least 24 hours before serving.
Serve hot or cold.
