Italian Beef - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 lb London Broil or Rump Roast
    4-5 bouillon cubes
    1 c water
    1 pkg Good Season Italian Dressing Mix
    Garlic to Taste
Preparation
    Cook in crock pot until meat falls apart.
    Take the meat out, place on a plate and take two forks and shred the meat then put back in juice.
    Serve on Bun with chips pickles or over rice with vegetables.
