Shredded Carrot Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3-1/2 c. shredded carrots*
    1 c. tiny marshmallows
    3/4 c. pineapple tidbits (or pineapple cut in 1/2 inch pieces)
    1 c. seedless raisins
    1/2 c. shredded coconut
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1 c. whipping cream
Preparation
    Peel and shred, or grate, carrots.
    Add marshmallows, pineapple, raisins and coconut.
    Mix lightly.
    Combine carrot mixture with mayonnaise; carefully fold in whipped cream. Refrigerate at least one hour.
    This freezes well!
