Craban Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 pkg. fresh cranberries
sugar
water
1 ripe banana, mashed
1 tangerine
Preparation

Cook cranberries following
instructions on the bag and either separate half or cook half, reducing sugar and water by half.
As cranberries are simmering, add the tangerine peel to the
water. Squeeze
some of the juice from the tangerine and also
add
to the water.
When cranberries are done, let cool and
remove tangerine
peel.
Add mashed banana and mix thoroughly.
Chill.
