Easter Eggs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. confectioners sugar
    1 medium potato
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. coconut or peanut butter
    coating chocolate
Preparation
    Boil and mash potato.
    Add confectioners sugar, vanilla and coconut or peanut butter.
    Refrigerate 2 to 3 hours.
    Shape into eggs and refrigerate overnight.
    Cover with coating chocolate.
