Cheese And Sausage Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. pork or Italian sausage
    3/4 c. sliced mushrooms
    1/4 c. sliced onions
    1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese, grated
    4 c. (3 to 4 slices) bread, cubes
    1 c. milk
    4 eggs, beaten or Egg Beaters
Preparation
    Brown sausage; drain.
    Add vegetables, continue cooking 5 minutes; drain.
    Set aside to cool 10 minutes.
    Stir together sausage mixture, cheese and bread cubes.
    Place in a greased 8 1/2 x 12-inch baking dish.
    Beat milk and eggs.
    Pour over sausage mixture.
    Cover and refrigerate for several hours.
