Chili Like Wendy'S - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. lean ground beef
    1 (29 oz.) tomato sauce
    1 (29 oz.) kidney beans
    1 (29 oz.) pinto beans
    1/2 can chili peppers
    1/4 c. diced celery
    1 c. diced onion
    1 (15 oz.) diced tomatoes
    2 tsp. cumin powder
    3 Tbsp. chili powder
    1 1/2 tsp. black pepper
    2 tsp. salt
    2 c. water
    Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Brown beef in heavy pot; drain off fat. Crumble into small pieces. In a large pot, combine beans, tomato sauce, celery, tomatoes, onions, pepper, spices, seasonings and water. Add cooked beef. Bring to a simmer over low heat. Cook, stirring every 20 to 30 minutes for 2 to 3 hours. Sprinkle with Cheddar cheese when serving.
