Pastry(Home Ec. Dept.) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. shortening
    1/2 egg yolk
    1/4 c. cold water
    1/2 tsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Sift flour.
    Measure, add salt and cut into Crisco with a pastry blender.
    Add lemon juice to slightly beaten egg.
    Then add water to liquid and mix well.
    Sprinkle lightly on dough.
    Mix well.
    Roll out to form pie shell.
