Cabbage Roll Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 head cabbage, cut in bite-size pieces
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 c. rice (instant)
    1 can tomato soup
    1 can water
    1 lb. sausage, cooked and drained
    1 can sauerkraut (small)
Preparation
    Fry sausage and drain.
    In a medium casserole dish, place cabbage, onion, rice, soup, water and sauerkraut.
    Mix well.
    Add sausage.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 minutes without lid.
    Reduce oven to 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Let stand 10 minutes and serve.
