Tater-Topped Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/3 c. sliced celery
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can condensed cream of celery soup (undiluted)
    1/2 pkg. (32 oz.) frozen Tater Tots
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    In a skillet, cook onion, celery and ground beef over medium heat until the meat is no longer pink and the vegetables are tender.
    Drain.
    Stir in salt and pepper.
    Spoon mixture into a greased 12 x 8 x 2-inch baking dish.
    Spread soup over meat.
    Top with Tater Tots.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 10 minutes or until bubbly. Sprinkle with cheese.
    Bake 5 minutes longer or until cheese is melted.
