Xnipec Salsa (Dog Breath) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 onion, diced (red or purple)
    4 limes, juiced
    4 habenero chilies, stems and seeds removed, then diced
    1 tomato, diced
Preparation
    Soak diced onion in lime juice for at least 30 minutes.
    Add chilies and tomato and mix; salt to taste and add a little water if desired.
    Yields 1 1/2 extremely hot cups.
