Lo-Cal Tuna Crispies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 oz. water packed tuna
    1/4 c. celery, finely chopped
    1 beaten egg
    onion salt to taste
    2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation
    Drain tuna.
    Mix all ingredients in bowl until texture is even.
    Shape into 2 equal patties.
    Fry in nonstick pan until crispy brown on both sides.
