Scalloped Corn - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 egg, beaten
1 c milk
1 c crushed saltine crackers
1 17-oz can creamed corn
1/4 c chopped onion
1 Tbs margarine, melted
3/4 tsp salt
dash of pepper
Preparation

Combine egg, milk, 2/3 c cracker crumbs, salt, and pepper. Stir in corn and onion.
Mix well.
Put in 1 qt. casserole dish. Toss melted butter with remaining cracker crumbs.
Sprinkle on top of corn mixture.
Bake at 350 for 65-70 minutes.
