Marinated Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2/3 c. tarragon vinegar
    1/2 c. salad oil
    1 clove garlic, crushed
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    2 Tbsp. water
    dash of bottled hot pepper sauce
    1 medium onion, sliced
    2 (6 oz.) cans mushroom crowns, drained
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients except mushrooms and bring to a boil (stovetop or microwave).
    Add marinade to mushrooms, cover and refrigerate 8 hours or overnight.
