Mexican Cornbread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/2 c. self-rising cornmeal
1/2 c. self-rising flour
1 c. oil
2 onions, chopped
2 hot peppers or 1/2 tsp. ground hot red pepper
1 bell pepper or 1/2 tsp. black pepper
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 1/2 c. cheese, shredded
2 eggs
1 c. buttermilk
1 can cream-style corn
Preparation

Mix all and bake at same temperature you bake regular cornbread.
