Chinese Noodles - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 onion
2 stalks celery
3 carrots
1 pkg. George Washington broth
1 c. fresh broccoli
1/2 bag fine egg noodles (8 oz.)
1 can Chai Pow Yu gluten
1 Tbsp. oil
Preparation

Chop vegetables.
In electric frypan, fry onion and celery in oil.
Dissolve broth in 2 cups of water and pour over onion and celery.
Add chopped carrots; let simmer until tender.
Add more water if necessary.
Cook noodles in separate pot until tender. Add noodles and gluten to electric frypan.
Keep adding water as necessary.
Add broccoli and cover to steam broccoli until tender. Serve with soy sauce.
