Ingredients

2 eggs
1 1/4 c. sugar
2 rounded Tbsp. self-rising flour
2 rounded Tbsp. butter
1 1/4 c. milk
1 3/4 c. flaked coconut
Preparation

Beat eggs slightly.
Add flour, butter and milk.
Add coconut. Pour into partially baked pie shell and bake about 45 minutes or until firm, at 325\u00b0.
