1 onion, finely chopped
2 lb. ground beef
1 lb. ground pork
3/4 c. milk or cream
2 tsp. salt
2 eggs
1 tsp. nutmeg

oil
flour
milk or cream
1 can mushroom soup
1 Tbsp. parsley (optional)
1 c. bread crumbs
