Salmon Croquettes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    7 1/2 oz. can salmon
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking powder
    oil
    crushed corn flakes or cracker crumbs
Preparation
    Drain the salmon, reserving the liquid.
    Flake the salmon and remove the skin and bones.
    In a large bowl, combine the salmon, reserved liquid, eggs, salt and corn flake crumbs to make a firm mixture.
    Blend in the baking powder.
    Shape into croquettes and fry until lightly browned.
    Serves 4.
