Mashed Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 lb. potatoes, peeled and cubed
    4 oz. cream cheese, softened
    1 small container sour cream
Preparation
    Cook potatoes in water until soft.
    Drain and mash with electric mixer until smooth.
    In small bowl, blend cream cheese and sour cream until smooth.
    Pour cheese mixture into potatoes and mix until really smooth.
    Pour into a 1 1/2-quart casserole. Dot with butter and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes or until top starts to turn a little brown.
