Baked Sausage Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 lb. sausage, cooked and drain off grease
6 eggs, well beaten
2 c. milk
6 slices bread, cubed
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 c. Cheddar cheese

Preparation

Mix all ingredients well, except cheese. Pour in baking dish. Cover with cheese.
Let stand in refrigerator.
Bake at 350\u00b0 until desired brown stage.
