Asparagus Parmigiana - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. fresh asparagus, cooked
    1 onion, chopped
    1 garlic clove, chopped
    3 Tbsp. oil
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. Tabasco
    1 lb. can tomatoes
    1/4 tsp. thyme
    8 oz. can tomato sauce
    8 oz. Mozzarella, sliced
    2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Drain asparagus.
    Arrange in shallow baking dish.
    Saute onion and garlic in oil until golden brown.
    Add salt, Tabasco sauce and tomatoes.
    Simmer, uncovered, for 10 minutes.
    Add thyme and tomato sauce.
    Simmer 20 minutes.
    Pour sauce over asparagus; place Mozzarella cheese over top.
    Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
