Ingredients

2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
3 eggs
1 1/4 c. milk
3/4 c. flour
1 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation

Melt butter or margarine.
Mix all ingredients together until blended.
Heat lightly greased frypan.
Pour in just enough batter to cover the bottom of the pan.
Turn when lightly browned. Serve, rolled up with your favorite filling.
Makes about 5 (9-inch) pancakes.
