Bell Pepper Steak And Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    14 oz. can tomatoes
    1/4 c. soy sauce
    1 (4 oz.) can tomato sauce
    2 lb. tenderized round steak, cut into strips
    2 bell peppers, sliced
    precooked rice
Preparation
    Mix tomatoes, soy sauce and tomato sauce and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer while browning the steak.
    Add bell peppers to cooking steak.
    Drain grease; add tomato mixture.
    Simmer for 1 hour.
    For a thicker sauce, add a little cornstarch.
    Serve over rice.
