Venison Stir-Fry - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. 1/2-inch cubed venison (with all sinew and silver skin removed)
1 Tbsp. canola oil
1/4 c. finely diced cauliflower
1/4 c. finely diced broccoli (peel stem of broccoli and slice finely)
2 Tbsp. diced pimento or red bell pepper
1/4 c. finely chopped onion
2 or 3 c. cooked rice
1/4 c. green onion
Preparation

Put the first 6 items in a skillet over medium heat and saute until all ingredients are cooked.
Add a little water if it starts to stick.
Season to taste. Add the remaining ingredients. Stir in and blend well. Season again to taste.
When rice is hot and all ingredients are blended, remove from heat.
You can prepare this dish in an electric wok, regular wok or in a regular skillet.
