Hot Onion-Cheese Canapes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 slices bread
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese (fresh cheese is best)
    2 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
Preparation
    Remove crusts from bread. Cut each slice into quarters. Combine mayonnaise, cheese and onion. Spread on bread.
    Broil about 4-inches from heat until lightly browned.
    Mixture will keep several days in refrigerator.
    Yields 32 squares.
