Chicken Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    16 oz. frozen mixed vegetables
    1 (3 to 4 lb.) fryer, cooked and deboned
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 c. buttermilk
    1 1/2 c. chicken broth (saved)
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 stick oleo, melted
    1 c. flour
Preparation
    In large greased casserole, put chicken in bottom of dish. Mix broth and soup together.
    Sprinkle bird with frozen vegetables.
    Next pour in soup mix.
    Mix flour and buttermilk together.
    Add oleo, salt and pepper.
    Pour over bird mixture. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
    Serves 6.
