Stuffed Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 medium size potatoes
    1/4 c. margarine
    2 tsp. salt
    1 pt. sour cream
    1 c. buttermilk
    4 Tbsp. dehydrated green chives
    1 tsp. black pepper
    2 oz. bacon bits
    Cheddar cheese, grated
Preparation
    Bake potatoes in microwave.
    Peel off skins and cut into chunks.
    Place potatoes in large mixing bowl.
    Add all ingredients and beat until smooth.
    Spoon into foil potato boats.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 5 to 10 minutes.
    Top with Cheddar cheese and heat until the cheese melts.
    Yields 20 (1/2-cup) servings.
