Sauerkraut Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. can sauerkraut, rinsed and drained
1 (4 oz.) can pimento, drained and chopped
1 c. onion, chopped
1 green pepper, diced
1 c. celery, diced
1 c. cider vinegar
1 1/2 c. salad oil
1/2 c. sugar
celery or caraway seed to taste
Preparation

Combine vegetables.
Mix vinegar, oil and sugar; pour over vegetables.
Mix well; let stand in refrigerator overnight.
