Yams With Orange Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 large yams
    1 c. orange juice
    1/3 c. brown sugar
    1/3 c. granulated sugar
    2 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 tsp. grated orange rind, if desired
Preparation
    Cook yams until tender in water.
    Remove skins and slice into greased casserole dish.
    Combine remaining ingredients and pour over yams.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Makes 6 to 8 servings.
