Cajun Red Beans And Rice Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. cold cooked rice
    1 can (15.5 oz.) red beans, drained
    1 large tomato, chopped
    1/2 c. chopped green bell pepper
    1/2 c. chopped red onion
    1 garlic clove, minced
    3 Tbsp. oil
    3 Tbsp. vinegar
    2 to 3 tsp. chili powder
    1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. Louisiana hot sauce or hot pepper sauce
Preparation
    In large bowl, combine rice, red beans, tomato, green bell pepper, red onion and garlic; mix well.
    In small jar with tight-fitting lid, combine the oil, vinegar, chili powder, seasoned salt, salt, pepper and hot sauce and shake well.
    Pour dressing over salad and toss gently to coat.
    Cover and refrigerate 1 hour to blend flavors.
    Makes 12 servings.
