Ingredients

1 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. orange concentrate
1/2 tsp. vanilla
3 c. pecan halves
Preparation

Cook sugar and orange concentrate until soft ball stage in heavy saucepan.
Add vanilla and pecans.
Cook until all water cooks out.
Spread on wax paper and let cool.
Separate with 2 forks while cooling.
